I was gifted a C section Scar Release Massage by my Mum after she stumbled across Elaines page on Facebook. I was nine weeks postpartum following a traumatic emergency C-section, Elaine said it was one of the earliest scar treatments she had done and assured me she would be gentle.

I had no idea what to expect as my scar was fully healed but I was still recovering. I was a bit nervous about being touched in such a senstive spot but Elaine was careful, mindful and made me feel completely comfortable in her presence and I was able to fully relax. She used a variety of different tools, including cooling and cupping sensations.

I almost fell asleep it was so nice and relaxing. I could feel my lymphs flow freely while she was massaging me allowing whatever was stagnant to move. Afterwards, I felt so relieved it helped me hugely with bloating, digestion, lymphatic drainage and created more length/space in my diaphragm so I could breathe much better.

I also had a deep tissue full-body massage with her. After having my baby boy, my whole body had been in constant pain and Elaine worked her magic, applying the perfect pressure. She’s super strong and doesnt struggle to apply a really deep pressure while working intuitively attuned to you.
