I've been sitting with my thoughts all evening & I still can't quite put into words how much my Lymphatic massage has impacted me. What I can easily say tho is that in all my years, I was able to let my guard down enough to feel a release. An emotional release that I've unknowingly held to safeguard my heart. It's been a trickling effect all evening & as I've been sharing today's massage, I've felt safe to release little by little with tears to follow 😆 it was more than just a massage, it was a step toward freeing myself from the things that have kept me from being the greatest version!!
